This application will allow the sync of student information and student contact information in Clever with the "Student Information & Eligibility" module in rST Athletic Scheduler. The import process will run once a day, at night, and will update student records in rSchoolToday, which includes: The addition of student records that exist in Clever but not in Athletic Scheduler; the update of student records in Athletic Scheduler for students in Clever that exist in AS. The following are the data to be transferred and updated: Student Number, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Gender, DOB, Grade. If Parents/Guardians are also included in the sync, the information to be transferred is Name, Email, Phone, Address, City, State, Zip.
