Hints for logging in with Google

Username hint:
Google Apps username
first name middle initial last initial two-digit grad year (for example, John David Smith scheduled to graduate in 2020 would have the following username: johnds20.

Password hint:
Google Apps password
Grade K-5 student passwords have been initially set to: albanyusd
Grade 6-12 student passwords have been set to their Perm ID # (this can be found in Aeries).

If a student has never logged into their AUSD account before, they will use the above password. If a student has previously logged in and set their password, they will continue to use the password that they chose.
